Description:
WHO YOU ARE:
As a Brand Project Manager you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result oriented. You are recognized for your flawless strategic project coordination skills from start to finish.
As Brand Project Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees and execute all core internal brand related project request from our internal stakeholders; including but not limited to: Ops, HR, Office, IT, Ecomm, International and ensure the requests and final output is brand aligned and meets timeline.
- Oversees and execute all ongoing update, management, and development for the entire Ardene brand (Internally and customer facing):
- Ensure maintain our brand relevance in our consumer market and internal key stakeholders.
- Quarterly monitoring is performed, yearly audit, presentation, and recommendation on brand status.
- Build and updates all necessary brand documents and distributes to all necessary collaborators and key stakeholders.
- Ideate brand collaborations, special initiatives & new programs.
- Provide brand onboarding and training in collaboration with key departments for all new hires.
- Create research and competitive analysis deck as requested.
- Bi weekly store visit and documentation
- Other tasks as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in similar role and a background in fashion retail is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- Must be a creative thinker with strong knowledge of market trends.
- Must have strong Project Management skills.
- Must be organized and extremely detail oriented.
- Must have knowledge of the following tools: InDesign, Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook.
- Available to travel when needed.
- Must be able to present in a fast paced, high-energy environment to different types of audiences, is a flawless proofreader and is able to communicate with brand partners, internal and external customers.
- Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English (spoken and written. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international).
- Willing to work in office 4 days per week, and 1 day at home
- Available to work from Ardene's Head office in Laval
