WHO YOU ARE:
Lead, strategize, control and drive results. The responsibilities of the International Franchise Manager include:
- Lead the franchise partners in all functions of operating our brand.
- Manage the business plan growth for each territory. Responsible for aligning the plans with the franchise partner and with the Ardene key stakeholders.
- Identify the opportunities to grow the business. Strategize with the internal team on how to effectively achieve the expected targets (product, marketing, visual, operation)
- Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure all projects and tasks meet targets and timeline.
- Lead weekly analysis of business performance with Partner and align on action plan. Follow up on implementation and monitor performance.
- Understand key business drivers and holidays and develop action plan to optimize sales opportunities.
- Evaluate and influence the merchandise mix through an intimate knowledge of our customer in market.
- Supervise the inventory cycle and identify opportunities to improve or sustain optimal performance with inventory levels.
- Coordinate seasonal marketing strategies with Licensing Partner and Ardene Marketing team.
- Lead process of introducing new Licensing Partners to Ardene’s functions and procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in franchising retail management (fashion experience preferred) and progressive international store operations experience.
- Previous retail management experience in high traffic and high volume retail stores (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Ability to identify store performance gaps and define strategic & tactical plans to address them.
- Track record of developing and implementing process protocols that impact sales & profitability.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally and build strong relationships and partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to travel and visit Franchise Partner(s) and store(s); ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills.
