Description:
WHO YOU ARE:
As an E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Updating weekly homepage update report + competition analysis
- Maximize the performance of the E-Commerce channel by identifying product opportunities and ensuring that products are on the website as soon as they are available, enabling new styles daily, making sure all styles are categorized properly.
- Ensuring all categories are merchandised and sequence appropriately with most relevant products at the top and based on newsletter launches and Web updates.
- Selecting content images and products to be featured in website refreshes, banners, special promotions, emails, etc.
- Create shop/product pages (landing pages), update navigation according to sales, seasons and launches.
- Validate all promotional changes and coordinating with pricing team for any price updates.
- Analyze results weekly and produce weekly reports on business performance (best sellers, categories, etc.)
- React to selling trends based on analysis.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Fashion merchandising or retail experience an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a positive attitude
- Must be able to manage a high volume of requests and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
- Ability to work hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day from home
