Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

Reporting to the Visual Team Lead, the Visual Intern will be helping in daily tasks such as organizing samples in the styling room, dressing mannequins with the latest trends, putting together lauch packages/memos, doing store visits to get feedback from our operational in-store teams and do store competion research to find visual ideas. He/she will also be working on different projects with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize samples in the styling room, by month/collection
  • Dress mannequins for windows and in-store presentations
  • Put together merchandise pages, checklist pages & signage pages for launch packages
  • Create promo memos for stores
  • Test signage size needed for every campaign or special projects
  • Update the special presentation document for yearly reference
  • Participate in visual presentations
  • Keep library of new styling & merchandising ideas
  • Conduct Market-Trend research & weekly store visits

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field;
  • Have some Visual and/or Marketing knowledge
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Excel (Photoshop would be beneficial)
  • Good communication skills;
  • Bilingualism required (English and French); Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task;
  • Positive, upbeat energy with ability to create fun working environment is a must.
