Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operational Coordinator to join our Store Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operational communication and execution across Ardene’s store teams. You will be responsible for managing key tools and processes that ensure stores have the information, resources, and support needed to deliver a seamless customer and employee experience.

Reporting to the Operational Manager, the Operational Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Memo Posting: Prepare, format, and distribute weekly and ad-hoc memos to store teams, ensuring all operational communications are clear, timely, and accurate.
  • Weekly Newsletter Management: Contribute to the creation and distribution of the weekly Store Operations newsletter, including updates on price changes, promotions, OMNI KPI performance, loyalty initiatives, and requisition information.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to assess operational execution, gather feedback, and provide on-site support to ensure consistent implementation of company standards.
  • Document Centre Management: Maintain and update documents in the Document Centre, ensuring all store resources, guides, and communications are current and easily accessible.
  • GoCanvas App Support: Assist in the creation, testing, and deployment of GoCanvas digital forms and applications used for store operations. Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
  • Survey Management: Build and manage surveys using SurveyMonkey to collect feedback from store teams and measure engagement, operational effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with various internal teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and HR, to support communication initiatives and ensure alignment across all store-facing messaging.
  • Additional tasks as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field;
  • Must be bilingual (English and French), written and spoken;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well strong typing skills;
  • Experience with GoCanvas and Survey Monkey a plus;
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work in-office 5 days per week.
