WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our team! This is a temporary position for a maternity leave replacement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own all website and app content updates, managing end-to-end execution from brief creation to final QA and launch.
  • Create clear, detailed briefs for design and copy teams, including copy direction, pricing, links, asset requirements, and image selection.
  • Build, assign, and track tasks to ensure timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned at every stage of the process.
  • Execute and QA homepage updates, category pages, banners, flyouts, and app assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
  • Review and approve all email proofs and onsite content prior to launch.
  • Maintain and manage the ecommerce calendar, ensuring it is always up to date with newsletters, homepage updates, and promotional launches.
  • Select content imagery and featured products for site refreshes, banners, special promotions, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update store locator content through Uberall
  • Manage and execute all content updates on the mobile app.
  • Monitor sales performance and react to selling trends through analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly homepage update reports and competitive analysis.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in an E-commerce role
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to manage high volume of requests and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
