WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a motivated and social-media–savvy Influencer Partnerships & Brand Community Intern to support our creator discovery, gifting initiatives, and ambassador program. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in social media, actively creates content on their own channels, and has a strong interest in influencer marketing and community building. The successful candidate is organized, curious, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Discovery & Outreach

  • Identify and explore emerging creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Maintain and update a creator database with key metrics, content samples, and notes.
  • Assist with outreach, communication, and coordination with creators for campaigns and collaborations.
  • Stay on top of social trends, formats, and creator styles that align with the brand’s voice and audience.

Product Seeding Program Support

  • Support the execution of gifting campaigns, including creator selection, product pulls, packaging, and shipment coordination.
  • Track content created through gifting initiatives and organize it for internal use.
  • Follow up with creators to encourage organic content sharing when appropriate.
  • Help gather insights and highlights from gifting campaigns.

Ambassador Program Support

  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding brand ambassadors.
  • Help manage ambassador communications, guidelines, and content deliverables.
  • Support monthly content planning, product distribution, and community engagement activities.
  • Assist in tracking performance and compiling ambassador recap reports.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Skills & Qualifications

  • Actively creates content on personal social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator culture.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort building relationships online.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and social-first marketing.
