WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to help our Finance team to provide accurate and timely data to the company leaders and help them to make well-informed decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. Responsabilities include:

• Track, consolidate and analyze financial data (budget, income statement, forecasts, etc.)
• Gather and summarize data to structure reports and presentation on financial status;
• Identify trends, inform and recommend actions based on analysis;
• Analyze daily, weekly & monthly sales results to identify and report key growth drivers and trends;
• Participate in the month-end exercise by generating various business and operational reports;
• Assist with annual strategic plan, budget and quarterly forecasts;
• Perform financial and cost analysis in support of financial goals;
• Conduct benchmarking and process analysis;
• Support the team and be a financial partner for the different departments;

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Professional Certification (CPA) is an asset.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst preferably in the Retail or Consumer goods industry;
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel), PowerPoint and other MS Office products;
• Solid presentation, reporting and communication skills;
