Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a team-player, resourceful and full of bright ideas. You have excellent organization skills with keen experience in the field of retail operations. Reporting to the Head of Stores and Operations North America and working closely with the Visual, Marketing, and Communication teams, the Operational Visual coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage operational project timelines and track objective road map under this objective
  • Work with Visual and Marketing teams to launch packages
  • Partner with Visual and field specialists on projects, ideas build product knowledge capsule
  • Visit stores to look for opportunity on new trends, standard tips and needs
  • Partner with internal teams and build weekly visual tips and updates
  • Update One Drive/Teams for projects
  • Prepare memos for responsibilities and price change updates
  • Participate in providing new tips for the operational newsletter
  • Build quarterly lookbook of monthly storyboards and product trends to provide to stores
  • Compile pictures of styles arriving in stores and elaborating tips on placing
  • Assessing incoming accessories and footwear trends to organize groupings
  • Collect and initiate more photo library looks for teams to use when executing visual set ups
  • Research and communicate with malls for marketing ideas
  • Build and review visual and marketing surveys
  • Collect feedback and post mortem notes from the field and larger promotions
  • Verify in-store stingray messages are up to date
  • Collaborate HR to create training updates under objectives
  • Collaborate on quarterly meeting agenda.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Ability to travel locally and be In-store 2-3 days weekly
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Must be bilingual (English and French), written and spoken;
  • Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment (in a visual role, considered an asset);
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) as well strong typing skills;
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task.
  • A positive attitude and customer focused approach.
