Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

Reporting to the Senior Visual Specialist, the Visual Coordinator will be key in collecting all information for all in-store presentation to ensure delivery dates & specific information are respected. She will also be part of many creative aspects of the Visual deparment, such as Mannequin’s Oufits, Launch Packages and Signage needed for each campaign.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze weekly merchandise shipped to stores & updates
  • Analyze weekly top sellers
  • React on feedback from OPS team
  • Prepare Mannequin’s Outfits to reflect brand image
  • Help in putting together Launch Packages (+ translation)
  • Create Memos + Newsletters + specific Launch Packages
  • Test signage size needed for every campaign
  • Create & update distribution lists for every campaign
  • Create signage importation forms (& anything related)
  • Update Wall Calendar & Special presentations (including US) for yearly reference
  • Coordinate all documents sent to stores (printing/boxes)
  • Participate in Visual presentations (documents, videos, store opening)
  • Keep library of new styling & merchandising ideas
  • Conduct Market-Trend research & monthly store visits

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field;
  • Two (2) years of experience in retail (not necessarily in visual); or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Excel (Photoshop & InDesign would be beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Bilingualism required (English and French); Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international;
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multi-task;
  • Positive, upbeat energy with ability to create fun working environment is a must.
