Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. The Office Assistant will provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned.

The Office Assistant will be helping Buying & Product development teams with basic tasks and sample handling.

The Office Assistant’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Purchase Invoice (PI) verifications and approvals
  • Price tag layouts, scanning, verifications and approvals
  • Receiving, handling, and distributing development & production samples
  • Show room displays, maintenance & organization
  • Support all teams with printing data, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Purchase Order (PO) entry when needed
  • Support teams with overseas communications on production approvals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a pertinent field of study;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related role;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook and Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
