WHO YOU ARE:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and is adept at managing diverse projects across departments, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. 

As Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Marketing, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:  

  1. Campaign & Event Coordination
  • Mood Boards & Concept Support: Coordinate the creation of mood boards and marketing concepts for campaigns, events, and special projects as needed. 
  • Campaign Support: Assist with any campaign-related tasks such as workback, timeline, meeting cadence, recap notes and ensuring adequate information is provided in a timely manner including ensuring setting up assets with the visual team. 
  • Postmortem Reports: Assist in compiling and distributing post-event/campaign reports to evaluate performance and identify improvements. 
  • Store Visits: Conduct monthly store visits to observe customer experiences and document key findings for the marketing team. 
  • Events: Support in the coordination, set up, take down, and function of any internal, customer or influencer event.  
  1. Marketing Operations & Communication
  • Documentation Management: Upload, organize, and maintain corporate marketing documentation for both internal and international teams. 
  • Marketing Memos: Draft and distribute internal memos to communicate marketing initiatives clearly and efficiently. Translation of documents from English to French may be needed. 
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials related to campaigns and events. 
  • Expense Reporting: Track, reconcile, and submit marketing-related expense reports and budgets accurately. 
  1. Gifting 
  • Support PR box preparation, recommendation, ambassador program logistics, and seasonal or influencer gifting aligned with marketing strategies.
  1. Additional Requirements
  • Perform other marketing tasks as needed to support the team. 
  • Travel: Some travel may be required; a car is considered an asset. 
  • Occasional weekend or evening work may be required. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent;
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role at a retail headquarters is an asset;
  • Experience working in a retail store is an asset;
  • Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken is mandatory;
  • Strong sense of strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, leadership and positive attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop is an asset;
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
