Description:

WHO YOU ARE: 

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce and digital, the Digital Media Specialist will be the main point of contact between the digital media and affiliate agencies and the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the media operations including campaign setup and budget changes, optimization and reporting
  • Manage all form of paid media on all digital channels, SEM and affiliates
  • Developing digital strategies in collaboration with Director and multiple key stakeholders in order to meet objectives
  • Planning of the monthly, quarterly, yearly, media plan
  • Planning and maintenance of the media calendar with all campaigns that will be running on a monthly basis
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors (Gen3, Media, Meta, Feedonomics, Pepperjam, etc)
  • Manage monthly ad spend and optimize performance to lower CPA and boost ROAS
  • Perform weekly and monthly reporting on digital channels
  • Monitoring of media channels performance in ads manager GA4 and Meta
  • Identify new opportunities to improve our media ads and increase sales
  • Continue to A/B test campaigns, track results, and identify improvements.
  • Oversee campaign performance and provides recommendations on possible optimizations to improve media performance in order to meet objectives/KPIs
  • Develop and help execute strategies to drive traffic to website and increase revenue
  • Monitoring all tech issues and collaborating with IT or external partners to find a resolution
  • Collaborating with CRM team on leveraging our customer database to execute targeted campaigns
  • Manage product feeds, ensuring the right business rules are in place and adjust monthly/quarterly as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3+ years of experience working with a performance media channel
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital metrics and digital platforms, google adwords, Meta, Criteo, Tiktok, apple search ads.
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords certification an asset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage in a fast-paced environment
  • University degree (e.g. BA, BS), preferably in marketing, business administration.
