We are looking for a Customer Service Return Processor to join our team. This is a temporary position for a 12-month contract.

The Customer Service Return Processor will be responsible for opening and refunding all returned merchandise received at our main head office.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Return Processor main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening packages
  • Highlighting items received
  • Sorting items by categories
  • Processing the refunds in our systems 


  • Must speak either English or French;
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) would be an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Responsible, reliable and punctual;
