WHO YOU ARE:

As a Marketing Coordinator you thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and is adept at managing diverse projects across departments, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Campaigns Mock Up Setup: Assist in the mock store setup, ensuring the store environment aligns with brand concepts and marketing objectives.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the upload and organization of all corporate documentation including internal and international files.
  • Marketing Support: Draft and distribute marketing memos to internal teams, ensuring clear communication of marketing initiatives and updates.
  • Mood Boards & Concept Coordination: Help coordinate the creation of mood boards and marketing concepts for events and special projects.
  • Supplier Management: Communicate with overseas and local suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and materials required for events and special projects
  • PR Box Coordination: Pull and manage PR box inventory, assist in assembling campaign and brand boxes for partnerships.
  • Expense Reporting: Track and submit expense reports for marketing
  • Postmortem Reports: Assist in the creation and distribution of postmortem reports following events and campaigns, analyzing outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Support: Provide additional support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Store Visits: Conduct monthly store visits, documenting findings, observing customer experiences.
  • Other tasks as needed.
  • Some travel may be required, car an asset.
  • Weekend and night work may be required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent;
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role at a retail head office is an asset;
  • Experience working in a retail store is an asset;
  • Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken is mandatory;
  • Strong sense of strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, leadership and positive attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to work in-office (Laval);
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is an asset;
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
