WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Social Media team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage and publish content across all Ardene social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar. Some off hours posting required.
- Instagram Stories Creation: Design and develop engaging Instagram Stories that capture our brand’s voice and resonate with our audience.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with and engage our online community, fostering meaningful connections across all social platforms. Communicate any feedback and key learnings with cross-functional teams. Some off hours community management required.
- Content Creation & Support: Contribute to content brainstorming, assist in creation, and support video editing to enhance our digital presence.
- Social Galleries Management: Regularly update social galleries with tagged content to showcase community engagement and brand love.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, content creators, industry trends and pop culture moments to inform timely and relevant content.
- Track ROI and KPIs to optimize campaign strategies for reach, engagement, traffic and sales.
- Additional tasks as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor degree or D.E.C in Marketing
- Relevant experience in Social Media
- Organizational skills for tracking tasks and deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative work-ethic/team player
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest & Facebook).
- Basic Video Editing skills
- Strong communication skills, bilingualism required (English and French)
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator is an asset
