WHO YOU ARE:

We at Ardene are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and dedicated HR Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven and dynamic individual to join an exciting and evolving team!

Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Engagement , the HR Project Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support for HR strategy delivery impacting the stores, Head Office and distribution centers. The incumbent will support the development of different HR projects and the implementation of initiatives primarily related to Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Culture, Engagement, Learning & Development

  • Oversee the HR portion of the employee newsletter process including the employee spotlights for Head Office and Stores, and the maintenance of the communications section of the corporate website
  • Coordinate Head Office Culture & Engagement activities, partnering with the Office Manager as needed
  • Coordinate the Store Recognition Program (S.T.A.R.), including communications of quarterly and yearly awards and prizes
  • Maintain the online training platform “Ardene Campus” by adding content, suggesting improvements, troubleshooting and coordinating upgrade rollouts
  • Support Ardene Campus content development and maintenance of training within HR team and between other departments using appropriate project management tools and processes with a focus on quality and global consistency as appropriate.
  • Support Leadership Development Forums

Mindfulness & Conscious Leadership

  • Plan, create and deliver content for Mindfulness program for Stores, Head Office and the Distribution Centers
  • Support the Mindfulness & Conscious Leadership roadmap of the Chief Mindfulness & Leadership Officer, including content development and training coordination.

Projects

  • Lead the rollout of the Career Development Plan tool
  • Coordinate the implementation of Ardene Campus for Head Office employees
  • Support the rollout of the Employee Opinion Survey Action Plan
  • Support the Distribution Centers Business Partner in the development and/or implementation of the People Plan
  • Coordinate yearly policy and document review process for Stores and Head Office
  • Support HR policies launches as needed
  • Other tasks or projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • University degree in a pertinent field completed;
  • 1 -2 years of relevant work experience is an asset;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken & written) to support client group across North America;
  • Excellent customer support, organization skills, diplomacy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to research and develop content on different topics
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Retail experience is an asset.
