Description:

WHO YOU ARE:

As a Marketing Intern, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result oriented. You are recognized for your flawless strategic project coordination skills from start to finish.

As Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

PR, GIFTING and EVENTS:

  • Support all PR and Gifting initiatives:
    • Create PR and Gifting ideation
    • Coordinating the PR packages Program in collaboration with warehouse, allocation, brand, social, and logistics team (Gifting list, merchandise inventory board and pull, content input, approval and expedition and post mortem)
    • Coordinate the PR material program (ideation, sourcing, inventory) in collaboration with creative, packaging and procurement departments.
  • Support all Events related initiatives:
    • Create event ideation
    • Coordinate logistical pre-event tasks
    • Support outsourcing and coordinating with vendors for all marketing related events
    • Support all related tasks during and post event (from a distance or on site; vendor, set up, post mortem)

BRAND:

  • Support all Brand related initiatives:
    • Research brand collaboration ideas and Competitive analysis & market research (seasonally and ongoing) 
    • Create Purchase Orders, Sales Report and Post Mortem on specific product or launches (SKU and product lists creation)
    • Coordinating with teams for logistics alignment (visual merchandise, allocation, social, ecom, etc.) 
    • Creating memos and in-store launch packages to inform stores on details and campaign launches 
    • Sales report (including but not limited to projected sales, post-mortem ROI sales, and KPI metrics) 
  • Artist Program:
    • Artist scouting and building out artists and collaborators roster (ongoing) 
    • Coordinating logistics for artist program initiatives, collaborations and brand activations  

Additional tasks as needed to support the marketing department:

  • Bi weekly store visit and documentation
  • Project research and post mortems
  • Support other sub department as needed such as Brand events, Social etc
  • Other tasks as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • In tune with trends and socially aware
  • Strong Consumer insight and understands retail landscape
  • Multitasker; thrives in a fast paced environment, is able to perform well alone or in a collaborative setting.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
